Terms & conditions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at revtile.com (the "Site") and the products and services offered by Revtile, a sole proprietorship operated by Zarif and based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada ("Revtile", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a product, subscribing to a plan, or using the Site, you ("you", "the Customer") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or the Site.

You confirm that you are using Revtile for business purposes, that you are at least the age of majority in Ontario, and that you have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.

Revtile sells NFC review cards and acrylic countertop stands ("Hardware") that route a person who taps or scans them to the Customer's public Google review page, together with optional subscription services that may include a smart landing page, reporting and analytics, review-response assistance, Google Business Profile ("GBP") optimization recommendations, automated campaigns, local SEO assistance, citations, and an account manager, depending on the plan selected. The specific inclusions of each plan are described in our Service Level Agreement and on the Site.

Our services are advisory and tooling-based. Where we provide insights, recommendations, review-response drafts, or optimization suggestions, the Customer is responsible for deciding whether and how to implement them. We do not log into, take control of, or make changes within the Customer's Google account or Google Business Profile; insights and recommendations are delivered to the Customer (for example, by email) for the Customer to act on.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when purchasing or subscribing and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials you use with us and for all activity under your account.

We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders affected by an obvious error, even after an order is confirmed.

• Prices are listed on the Site in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
• The Starter product is a one-time purchase of $49 and includes two (2) NFC cards. Additional cards are $20 each.
• Subscription plans (Growth $99/month, Pro $249/month, Elite $599/month) are billed on a recurring basis as described in the Subscription Terms.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. By submitting payment information you authorize the applicable charges, including recurring charges for subscriptions.

Subscription plans are sold on a committed-term basis and are governed by the separate Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms. In summary, subscriptions run in renewing six (6) month terms across a maximum relationship of two (2) years, and a Customer who cancels mid-term remains responsible for the remaining months of the then-current six-month term only. Full details, including how to cancel, are in the Subscription Terms.

Hardware is covered by a limited warranty as set out in the Refund / Return & Warranty Policy. In summary, we will replace defective cards that fail due to a manufacturing defect or ordinary functional failure (not intentional damage, misuse, or normal wear) for eight (8) months from delivery, up to three (3) replacements for the Starter product and up to five (5) replacements for cards under any subscription plan, including additional purchased cards. After the warranty period the warranty ends.

These warranty terms are in addition to, and do not limit, any non-excludable rights you may have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or the Sale of Goods Act.

Your use of our products is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and our Disclaimer. You agree that you will not use our products to offer incentives in exchange for reviews, to solicit or post fake reviews, to post reviews on a reviewer's behalf, or to divert dissatisfied customers away from leaving a public Google review ("review gating"). You are solely responsible for complying with Google's policies and all applicable laws in how you use the products.

The Revtile name, logo, Site, landing-page designs, software, templates, and all related content are owned by Revtile and protected by trademark and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the products and services for your own business during your active purchase or subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or create derivative works from our materials.

Where we prepare review responses, written recommendations, or similar deliverables for you, you may use that content for your own business. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and know-how. You can ask us to delete deliverables we hold for you, and we will do so within a reasonable time, subject to our record-keeping needs.

The products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not control Google and do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, ratings, search ranking, visibility, or business outcome. Google may change its policies, suspend accounts, or remove reviews at its discretion, and we are not responsible for Google's actions. See our Disclaimer for details. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revtile and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or loss of business, arising out of or relating to the products, services, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the products, services, or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to Revtile in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revtile and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products, your violation of Google's policies or applicable law, or content you publish or solicit using our products.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the products, fail to pay, or use the products in a way that risks violating Google's policies or the law. Termination does not relieve you of amounts owed, including any remaining balance of a committed subscription term.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required by law, communicated to active subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. You and Revtile agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, subject to any non-waivable right you may have to bring a claim in another forum under applicable consumer-protection law.
